DunSocial is operated by THISUX PRIVATE LIMITED, Plot no. 322 Kambar st, Shanthi nagar, Nandhambakkam periyar nagar, Kundrathur, Chennai – 600069, Tamil Nadu, India. --- ## What “data” means here Data includes anything you add or generate inside DunSocial, such as: - Posts and drafts - Notes and ideas - Voice inputs - Writing style and tone preferences - Scheduling details - Team and workspace information - Connected social account details and publishing status - Uploaded media and generated previews - Billing, subscription, trial, and seat information If it lives inside your workspace, it counts as data. --- ## How data is processed We process data only to make the product work. This includes: - Turning your ideas into posts - Learning your writing style - Suggesting topics and formats - Scheduling and publishing content - Showing previews and analytics - Transcribing voice input when you use voice features - Sending transactional emails and product notifications - Processing subscriptions, invoices, seats, and trial status Example You write a few posts. We analyze patterns to match your tone next time. --- ## AI processing AI is used to assist, not replace you. - AI reads your content to understand style - AI generates drafts based on your input - AI suggestions are contextual to your workspace - Voice input may be transcribed before it is used for drafting or scheduling - Search or research tools may use your prompt to return relevant context - AI validation may review settings or content when you ask the product to check something Your data is not used to train public or shared AI models. Depending on the feature, AI processing may involve providers such as Google Gemini / Google Generative AI, OpenRouter, Perplexity, Groq / Whisper, and OpenAI where enabled. --- ## Data ownership You own your data. Always. DunSocial only gets limited rights to: - Store it - Process it - Display it back to you Only for providing the service. --- ## Data isolation - Each account and workspace is isolated - No data is shared between users - Team access is permission-based What’s yours stays yours. --- ## Data storage - Data is stored on secure servers - Encrypted at rest and in transit - Backups are used to prevent loss - OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage - Media files may be stored in S3-compatible object storage, such as Cloudflare R2 or similar infrastructure We don’t keep data longer than necessary. --- ## Data retention - Active accounts keep their data - Deleted content is removed from active systems - Deleted accounts are removed from active systems within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days where technically practical - Backups and logs may remain for a limited rolling period, commonly up to 90 days - Billing, tax, security, fraud prevention, and legal records may be kept longer where required Backups are cleaned on a rolling basis. --- ## Third-party processors We use trusted providers for: - Hosting, databases, queues, object storage, and infrastructure, including Railway, Cloudflare, Redis, Upstash QStash, Upstash Vector, and S3-compatible storage - Billing and subscriptions through Stripe - Email delivery through UseSend or our email service - Analytics, monitoring, and error reporting through Umami and Sentry - AI, voice, search, and writing features through Google Gemini / Google Generative AI, OpenRouter, Perplexity, Groq / Whisper, and OpenAI where enabled - Connected social and collaboration platforms, including X / Twitter, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Business Pages, Bluesky, Threads, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, and Slack - Push notifications through Firebase where enabled They process data only on our instructions and under strict agreements. --- ## International data transfers If data is processed outside your country: - It is protected using industry standards - Transfers follow applicable data protection laws --- ## Your control over data You can: - View your data - Edit or update it - Export it - Delete it You don’t need permission to control your own data. --- ## Security practices We follow standard security practices, including: - Access controls - Encrypted connections - Regular monitoring No system is perfect, but security is a priority. --- ## Changes to this page If our data practices change: - This page will be updated - Major changes will be communicated clearly --- ## Contact Questions about data handling?
