## What it is

Social media management using MCP means the assistant you already work in can call DunSocial tools directly. Every DunSocial capability is available through MCP, so you can run your social presence in natural language without opening the app.

It is part of the DunSocial product, not a separate purchase. Posts created over MCP are tagged with an "MCP" source in the app, so you can always see what the agent did.

## Setup

1. Open the DunSocial app and go to Settings, MCP.
2. Add https://api.dunsocial.com/api/mcp as a custom MCP connector in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another compatible client.
3. Approve the OAuth connection in your browser, choose a workspace and grant only the scopes the assistant needs. Setup takes about two minutes.
